Interstellar

Not really much to say that hasn’t already been said. A sci-fi epic of the highest calibre. Christopher Nolan really is a master of cinema and I honestly feel as if he could chance his arm at any genre and smash it out of the park.  The performances in this film are just superb and Matthew McConaughey is just breathtaking. The visuals are also a sight to behold and truly made me get lost in the world Nolan was creating. I think what’s so impressive is that in a film so entrenched in science fiction, it has a real sense of reality if that makes sense.  The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because I just thought that the start of the movie was based a lot on circumstance and that at times I did get slightly lost in what was going on but maybe that’s the point and I’m just an idiot!!!
