Skyfall

This is it right here. This is how you up an already established franchise and make it soar. Casino Royale is fantastic but this is so different to all the other films in the series. It’s directed unbelievably well, the performances are top tier and the story is unhealthy tightly written. Daniel Craig and Judi Dench are both beyond superb and their whole dynamic with one another is so entertaining to watch. One thing I also love so much about this film, as it makes James Bond an actual character. It gives him thoughts and feelings whilst also drop feeding us small tidbits on his backstory which is so welcome. This was the first film in the series I saw in the cinema and I therefore have such fondness for it. Hopefully we can see more of this in the future Bond movies!!!
