finale review!!! one of the only things in a long time that has left me incredibly, incredibly satisfied. literally the only mcu creation that i feel was executed 100% perfectly. these heroes are janky as hell and they're having fun in grounded low stakes and it still delivers emotional beats - this is what i have always wanted from this franchise!! enjoyable ditzy camaraderie between the heroes and their very likeable antagonists. good utilization of nyc that i am appalled we have had to wait so long for. found family superheroes visibly doing family things. and, most importantly introduces and expands upon some of the best characters i think the mcu has to offer. kate, maya, yelena. finally more young women i can see myself in. hopeful that the introduction of kate and soon america and kamala leads to more teen girl hero antics. i am once again shocked that clint barton.
