Brokeback Mountain

My heart is broken with what could have been for these two.  A hauntingly beautiful story of prejudice and love, the hopes of what could be and grasping at it when reality comes crashing in. All of the performances are phenomenal, especially Gyllenhaal.  Maybe this hits a little too close to home at times, but that’s catharsis for you. Insert obligatory joke about bottoming after eating nothing but beans
