Thirteen

This movie was very close to home. It really showed how bad your life ca get when you are surrounded by the wrong people, and obviously a few of those scenes were very relatable and I’ve literally experienced the last scene with my mum so I definitely found a connection with this movie. I loved how it showed that highschool can change you so easily and that trying to fit in will ruin you. This movie and the filming and directing is what made it feel so raw and authentic. From the screen colour changing to the angles and small snapshots it made you feel like you were living in this movie in the best way possible. I love this movie so much because th few scenes that were super relatable and also the amazing way of showing how shit highschool is.
