Happy 100th film of 2024 to me!! It is the perfect celebration by watching Val kilmer on my tv I could have gone and helped my sister to pack her things but no, I decided to stay home and watch peak cinema And peak cinema it fucking is… the actually on all sides is insane (Al pacino shone here tbh), the dynamics between the robbers and the detectives - it was so good. Now don’t get me started on the ending, it was perfect. I genuinely don think there could have possibly been a better ending and the music that paired along just added to it so well. I am now super excited there is going to be a sequel (well technically sequel/prequel but no one fully knows yet since it was announced only a few weeks ago)
