Problemista

It quickly sneaked into my top 4 favorite films of all time. Quite impressive tbh, because it doesn’t happen every day yk. I truly loved EVERYTHING about this movie, especially the way it shifts between reality and Alejandro’s mind. It captures remarkably well how neurodivergent minds work, which is probably one of the main reasons I enjoyed it so much. The attention to detail makes it a masterpiece, in my honest opinion. The plot is original and out of the ordinary, something I had never seen before (as far as I can remember). The characters are well written, their personalities are quite detailed, and of course the actors brought them to life; Tilda never fails to impress me. Julio Torres had a clear vision and did an excellent job bringing it to the screen. I really hope he directs more films in the future; he was both a flawless actor and a great director. Slay.
