Love that Lucas spent so much time with the droids in the desert. It’s kind of boring but it does this subtle thing of making us feel so detached and (pardon the pun) alienated that when Luke shows up he immediately feels familiar
HATE HATE HATE that all the Disney Star Wars keeps coming back to Tatooine when Lucas made it beyond clear that it’s supposed to be super boring and remote. Why tf does Mando go back 3x a season. Stupid.
The entire cast is so good you barely notice how clunky the dialogue is. Also its the funniest of the franchise too
God so many sequels to this are based entirely on Alec Guinness’s ability to say a million things without saying anything
