Sinners

This movie will go down in history Everything. The music. The cinematography. The acting. The casting. The singing. The storytelling. The world. The vampires. Amazing.  Without the vampires, this would have still been such a solid story. The characters were so well made that it could have gone any direction and I would have been interested Michael B Jordan is so incredibly cool.  The changes in aspect ratio was great. I wish I picked up on the meaning behind it, but it just added so much more Overall is was soo visually beautiful. Every shot looked amazing. I kept saying “Oh my God.” To myself because I was in such awe.  The rock music that played with the vampires? Incredible Such a modern sound in such an old scene is such an amazing contrast. It fit so well and made them so much more haunting  The mix of cultures to show the past and future? So insane. It could have not worked so easily but it worked so well here, the mix of sounds really added to it.  Jack O’Connel is amazing. The little mannerisms, the voice, the irish accent slipping through.  The whole theatre sat there stunned for a moment after it ended, just taking in everything they’d seen. It was truly an experience watching it with people who felt just as affected by it as me.  My teeth ache from clenching so hard during the film
