Alfred Hitchcock Collection DVD - Owned Films This film is so tragic. I absolutely love this film and it’s Hitchcock’s best film but it is so destroying. Stewart’s and Novak’s performances are so incredible, the plot is amazing, the pacing is great, never a dull moment. I can’t believe Kim Novak was only in one Hitchcock film, I think she would have been great in The Man Who Knew Too Much or North by Northwest. The colour palette of this film is probably one of my favourites, the use of greens and reds is so beautiful. The cinematography is next level as well, I could go on about this film forever. So overall it is amazing, one of the best of all time.
