Boiling Point

Watching this post 2023 makes me feel like I have to watch the show. The best thing about this film, no doubt, is the camera work. For an hour and a half straight, some dude had a camera strapped to him and he had to perfectly maneuver around the set while still catching everything he needed to in the perfect frame? Yeah that’s ridiculous, shoutout to the cinematographer, that’s unbelievable work. The other main talking point of this film is the man himself, Stephen Graham’s performance. His performance in this film is nothing short of incredible, the emotion and realism he puts into his character is surreal, theres just something in his role, and all of the other characters that feels realistic, something you’ve seen before, even though its a completely fictional story, its just something that very easily can happen to a lot of people. This film does a great job of showing off the stress of running a restaurant, something I now know I will never do. 91/100
