Heat
The one time my headphones disconnected during this watch Al Pacino was yelling about that girls ass, never felt sm second hand embarrassment ever. Heat is a crime thriller for the ages, such a fun and wild ride. Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro were at their absolute best, this is by far my favorite performance from DeNiro, he was so cool calm and collected during every single mission in the film. Gone right or wrong, he had the entire situation under his complete control, such an impressive performance. The action sequences were some of the best I’ve ever seen, the whole realism of the most ridiculous shootout scenarios made this film, such amazing vision from Michael Mann, who has master the crime thriller. Overall, I enjoyed the film a lot, but it felt fairly basic if I’m being honest, it just seemed like an above average heist movie, but I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt since I watched this during state testing so I’m very excited to revisit Heat in a proper film going experience.
