Normal People
This show made me very sad, reminds me of high school (some of you lot know what I mean). I have trouble relating to media, but this show got to me, dunno why. Perhaps I'm just lonely. I liked the way both characters were written, which seldom happens. I think they were portrayed fairly realistically (or at least what I find realistic). I watched the 12 episodes over the course of 3-4 months, and I think it helped me enjoy it more. I suppose it also reminds me of the book "Norwegian Wood" in a slightly obstuse way.
Anywho, below are three quotes I enjoyed a good amount from the show.
"I don't find it obvious what you want."
"And I'm never going to feel the same way for anyone else."
"I can't really talk to anybody the way that I talk to you."
Followed by one "Norwegian Wood" quote because I've linked the two together.
"I have a million things to talk to you about. All I want in this world is you. I want to see you and talk. I want the two of us to begin everything from the beginning.
