now i do understood the stray reviews of this saying that it has a horrible main message and completely misrepresents 99% of cases, but come on, it’s still a great story. supposedly a true story but i couldn’t find anything on the internet. either way, the transformation that mads mikkelsen undergoes between tv and danish films to hollywood films is just insane. this guy always feels like a diamond in the rough in danish films. i felt that ‘step aside’ from theo asw. least he could do tbh. not sure why they couldn’t explore the actual cause more or even just how he was exonerated, but can’t complain when you have cinematography and a great protagonist like that.
