Cloud

Cloud is a bloodbath and an interesting portrayal of greed. This film twists and turns in ways that make it genuinely unpredictable. Cloud tells a compelling story, and I think there’s enough groundwork laid for a sequel if they ever wanted to continue it. I did think the acting was a bit mediocre in parts. The actress who played Akiko didn’t quite work for me, and I also found the pacing to be a little uneven throughout. With a few changes, I’d probably look at this much more fondly. I just wish it got to the point a bit quicker and trimmed some of the unnecessary moments. Decent crime thriller.
