Careful
This was the one last feature length Guy Maddin movie that I hadn’t seen yet (aside from ice nymphs), I’ve been saving it because I didn’t want to let go of the feeling of having one great Guy Maddin movie waiting for me… as an odd stalling technique I decided I would only watch it if I had a physical copy. That copy came in the mail today and I’m pleased to say it didn’t let me down!!!
I have too many emotions to even think about writing a review, but I (once again) need to express my immense gratitude for Guy Maddin, there is nobody else that brings me such great comfort and joy in just knowledge of the fact that he exists and is getting his work out there…. I love you, Guy.
