Parasite

"You know what kind of plan never fails? No plan. No plan at all. You know why? Because life cannot be planned." This movie is simply astonishing. There are so many small nuances, analogies and tiny bits of foreshadowing, which i frankly didn't pick up on until i watched this video (which I urge everybody that have watched the movie to do, especially those a bit confused). After that, I found the ending absolutely devastating. The movie is so unique; I've never seen anything like it. Despite the fact that there isn't much tension or action in the first half, I still found myself thoroughly enjoying the movie (although I had to have my gaze glued to the bottom of the screen to understand what was being said). All in all i think this is one of the deeper and thoughtful movies to come out in recent years, definitely a must-watch for anybody who likes social commentary. Excellently crafted by Bong.
