Parasite
This movie sneaks into your brain the same way the Kim family sneaks into that house: quietly, confidently, and before you know it, it's rearranged the furniture.
The funniest part is that Parasite never acts like it's the smartest film in the room. It just is. The script is tighter than a bank vault, the ensemble doesn't miss a single fucking beat, and Bong Joon Ho turns architecture into character development without showing off. My only tiny hesitation is how mercilessly the ending slams the door once the tragedy begins—it trades a little humanity for pure thematic force. Still, this is the kind of movie that makes other social thrillers look like they forgot to do the reading.
