Victorious

Hollywood Arts is less a performing-arts school and more a containment facility for theater-kid lunatics. 🎭 Victorious thrives on its gloriously unbalanced ensemble—Jade serving hostility, Cat operating on her own fucking frequency, André quietly carrying half the musical department, Robbie and Rex committing psychological warfare, and Trina entering every scene like she was personally promised an Oscar. The music gives the show surprising staying power, and the best episodes understand exactly how funny this cast can be when they're simply allowed to bounce off each other. The catch is that the writing occasionally goes straight through “camp” and arrives at “girl, what the fuck are we doing?” 💀 Characters can become exaggerated versions of themselves, some plots are pure sitcom filler, and the ending is basically a door closing while everyone is still mid-conversation. But the personality is undeniable. Not flawless, not even consistently smart, but extremely fucking watchable—and sometimes that's the bitch's entire brand. 💅🎤
