Hellraiser

"THE BOX. YOU OPENED IT, WE CAME." up to now, my only other exposure to hellraiser was playing "pinhead" in dead by daylight. there and here, his voice is so intoxicating. now i just need to read the book. and, of course, see all the useless sequels. bloody and sensual and oopy goopy. julia why are you mad i wanna touch you? is it bc i'm slimy and gross? come on julia you know me.......but also why does he keep saying come to daddy......... gnarly and gruesome. such iconic body horror. wicked character designs for the cenobites and the makeup is phenomenal. just fucking crazy and delightful. i'd be remiss to leave out ashley laurence's performance as kirsty. just so fucking good. "WE'LL TEAR YOUR SOUL APART."
