Scream
This is the perfect horror movie of the era.
Its scary, hilarious, well acted, intelligent, and the characters all dress awfully which is in it of itself, scary.
Wes Craven was a true visionary and at almost every turn he shaped Horror forever.
Much like every iconic and genre shaping film, there are elements in here that, to fresh eyes will come across as cliche or played out, but if you respect yourself you'll probably overlook that.
Also Skeet Ulrich and Matt Lillard are incredibly underrated and deserve more work.
