Sinners

watched this with my friends and family, and this movie definitely deserves the hype it received. more specifically in a theatre setting that made this experience unreal. the music must be literally blasted into your ears as it adds this effect that only improves the movie. i love vampires, and they portrayed vampires beautifully and it only made me giddy because the sequences of the vampires trying to get in was great. the characters are also great, not a single character i really despise, and that’s rare for me. every character shined in some way, with michael b jordan standing on top. not entirely a horror movie to me, but i can see how it can be interpreted as that. if you are watching to be scared and thrilled, come in knowing it’s not that kind of movie, but dont let that change you from watching this, it was extremely good and i went in with high expectations and it met those expectations. will i be rewatching? definitely but not any time soon since i watched like 5x now… i wish i could watch in theatres again. AT LEAST watch it once if you haven’t seen it.
