Downfall

Very good movie. Very potent and powerful film. It really does hurt a bit to watch, especially realizing how many people died because of one man’s pride in the end. It was also a bit disturbing to see the blind loyalty of many of the men under Hitlers command. It’s sad to see when free thinking has died out. As a movie, it’s definitely a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. The emotions are palpable. The acting is phenomenal. My only complaints with the movie are that it is a bit long and they also introduce a few too many characters where it felt like some stories were forgotten about for long periods of time or they were just completely forgotten. Other than that, it’s a really great and very accurate war drama which I would definitely watch again.
