Star Wars

Han shot first, anyways this is where it all started and I absolutely love the original Star Wars for that. The nostalgia, the charm, it’s all still there, one of the greatest hero movies ever put to screen. The music is just so iconic, the story is amazing and also iconic. There are so many quotable lines here too. Even for a movie from 1977, the visuals are still great. One small flaw is sometimes the writing can be a bit clunky but that’s how all George Lucas films are, I don’t think he’s ever actually talked to a human being. It also has a pretty big twist with them revealing that Obi wan was darth vaders teacher, it’s something we take for granted but it is relatively important. Them also name dropping the clone wars was also nuts. This movie was the original and I must pay my respects to what it has accomplished, it’s also just a great film, I will always rewatch this when I do my Star Wars saga watch through. Also fuck the sequels, peace.
