Batman Begins

I love the introduction of a strong grounded origin story that Batman had been missing before Christopher Nolan’s influence. What holds me back is that “Batman” feels incomplete. Christian Bale, in my opinion, has delivered the best Bruce Wayne out of any comparable performance with his perceived levels of ignorance and privilege. I just wish his detective skills were more fleshed out and the cases weren’t just unfolded right before his eyes. Along with all his gear and tech. None of it is make shift gadgets or thoughtfully invented, it’s all handed to him on a silver platter. He doesn’t quite feel like one of the most intelligent characters in fiction. Oh and Rachel was so much hotter in the first film
