Looking at the other reviews I’m realizing most of yall did not like this as much as I did. Honestly thought it was a perfect movie. Maybe I’ve been paying too much attention in my English class but they followed the heroes journey perfectly which means I guessed most of what was gonna happen and I still cried, was shocked, and scared. Sincerely had my attention gripped the entire film. And they achieved an amazing film with none of the cheep draws, romance without so much as a kiss, death with little to no gore, humor without out dirty jokes or cursing for no reason, and they covered a real life issue that spreads awareness in a community. PLUS this cast is stacked, had no idea who all was in it. My one regret is not watching this in the theatres when it came out. Sadly watched it on my phone at work.
