Perfect Blue

I already loved Perfect Blue when I first watched it over a year ago, but after a rewatch it's genuinely become one of my absolute favorite films ever. This film benefits insanely from rewatches, everything starts to click more naturally and the impact just keeps growing. Satoshi Kon's directorial debut is absolutely insane and easily one of the greatest ever, the fact that we lost him at just 46 still feels unreal. A genuine genius taken far too early.
