my show 🫶🫶🫶 first off the intro eats down, the transitions >>> second yall could never hate laurie barber. you can scream she should always believe her child but she had genuine reason to doubt that, reasons she learns all at once because her husband and child continue to lie to her. meanwhile andy gets to learn everything one at a time and keeps it to himself. it doesn’t mean she didn’t love him, she clearly does. even when she drives them off the road, she does it because she knows his life will be bad either way, jail or being followed by this forever painted as this villain. death was the kindest thing she could think to do for him because at least he would be done suffering and being followed by this. is it right? maybe not but all the discourse about her is insane, every sense of empathy and understanding is given to andy yet never her. when in reality they both deserve empathy and grace. laurie you deserved so much better <3
