Mission: Impossible - Fallout

This is what happens when a franchise has reached its apex for lack of a better term. Stellar writing, amazing performances, incredible set pieces, beautiful score. Every mission before this one has been setting the stage for it. Fallout shows what this franchise should always be, an absolute masterpiece. Walker and Lane are a perfect duo of villains, Isla and Hunt’s relationship is expanded and enhanced, Benji & Luther are on fucking POINT. One of the best modern action films ever made, I would even call it the best one of the last decade.
