Ms. Marvel

Pretty fun show. Biggest gripe is obviously how much of a departure it is from Kamala in the comics, especially the changing of her powers and making her a mutant instead of an Inhuman. I’ll be upfront, I don’t think there’s much of a difference between making her an Inhuman or a Mutant, so that part doesn’t really bug me. Her powers being changed on the other hand? Just feels random and lame, her abilities in the comics are a metaphor and it’s a solid as metaphor, here they just feel like bullshit. But the show overall is fine, there’s some stellar direction and Iman does a great job as Kamala. It does drag in some parts and the villains suck, but I can particularly bring myself to hate it or strongly dislike it.
