Heat is such a banger. Of course the plot is a classic cat and mouse but it’s THE cat and mouse but there’s also so much more. The dialogue offers two very different point of views on life. It’s crazy how many insane scenes there are like the dinner scene, the hotel scene, the basketball court, the airport and of course the bank heist. Of course the cast brings their A game especially the legendary duo but also all the rest of the cast does a great job. The action scenes are crazy and feel like they have real consequences. Micheal Manns cool blue city vibes match with the story and cinematography perfectly. The movie kinda feels like the Dark knight, my favourite movie OAT because all of the characters and wide kinda feel to it, I dunno. The ending was a lot more emotional than I remembered from the first time.
