American Psycho

“I have to return some videotapes” I know it’s super cliché for me to enjoy this film and this movie has unfortunately gotten a bad reputation by being enjoyed by film bros along with Fight Club. But that shouldn’t diminish this film at all for what it is. A satirical parody of men and the fact that film bros relate to this film so much only proves its parody and point. I also love films that leave the ending up to interpretation for the audience.  This film also works as a solid slasher if you’re looking for that with some crazy scenes and thrilling sequences.  Also Christian Bale gives an amazing performance in this easily one of his best performances ever.  Also Jared Leto gets an axe to the face so that’s always enjoyable.
