Zodiac
Mysterio, Iron Man, Hulk, Twisty The Clown, and Logan Roy all walk in a bar.
Possibly Fincher’s masterpiece a film that brilliantly and very historically accurately portrays the time of the Zodiac killings and becomes a story about more than just the Zodiac and more about obsession and learning to let things go and about how we as a society can glorify these serial killers and make them seem like these big mythic identities when really all they are just people sick twisted people who exist and could be anybody we meet. RDJ, Gyllenhaal, Ruffalo and John Carrol Lynch all give great performances. Gyllenhaal gives a very subtle and engaging performance that shows the downward spiral the character goes through in the story. Also nobody does suspense like Fincher the way he shoots the basement sequence makes it one of the most tense scenes in a non horror film. Also love how none of Zodiac’s killings are glorified they are very matter of fact and to the point.
