wow, i’m really glad i caught this film on the last day. would’ve been bummed if i missed it. coogler just doesn’t miss. he sets the entire stage for an hour before the action begins so when they die, it actually means something to us. michael a jordan and michael b jordan are amazing, so badass. and honestly, if you see hailee steinfeld in this, you’ll understand why shameik moore did what he did- anyway, i generally don’t like horror but i loved this. the set design, the dialogue, the asians set in the early 1900s with a southern accent was the cherry on top lol. if you still haven’t seen this, go. IN IMAX (has some of the most beautiful shots)
