was told in 2019 by a film major i worked with to watch this. we would always talk movies especially horror but i couldnt find it anywhere at the time to stream it. when possession finally came to shudder i was extremely excited but i pushed it off because i have been very into video games lately (shhhh) anyway i pulled the trigger and this movie is absolutely fucking batshit. at first you think unhappy couple arguing yeah yeah yeah. obviously the main characters are super unstable wackadoos but then you get catapulted into some truly unexplainable shit. it comes off as such a “regular” movie at first and halfway through it becomes so much more unhinged. so happy i got around to it and it definitely will be getting a rewatch.
