La Strada

La Strada (1954) Someone must stop Federico Fellini, i can’t put all of his films on my top 10, easily top 3 Greatest Directors ever. La Strada is a knife to the heart, literally. A simple story starting with Gelsomina being sold by her mother to Zampano to work with him in the circus, he’s someone u’ll hate and feel pity for at the same time. The story unravels in a brilliant way and nothing good ever happens to the characters in this film, bring tissues if u wanna watch it. Giulietta Masina is the greatest actress i’ve ever seen from any film, i would put her above so many names u wouldn’t believe it. Rating 10/10 ❤️🎬 MASTERPIECE!
