House

This movie fucking rocks, this is the most charm and individuality I have ever seen in a movie, it’s hilariously and beautifully dreamlike in it’s execution and intentions, the cinematography is absolutely amazing, while it took me a little bit to get used to initially I grew to absolutely adore this style of filmmaking, the score alongside this was actually shockingly beautiful. The cast is also amazing, Mac and Kung Fu were easily the standouts to me. Yeah the acting might not be top notch but I don’t give a fuck, this movie rocks. Alongside this fun and hilarious supernatural horror comedy, there are important and interesting themes exploring post war Japan and combating the deep rooted conservatism within Japan at the time. A fever dream from start to finish and I fucking loved it
