Chernobyl

I’m half belarusian, and on that side of my family, they all carried with them the effect of chernobyl. One of which was my uncle, who was just a child at the time, he got cancer shortly after the incident, but luckily he recovered, and is alive and healthy today. This story is an important one, in every sense. And the fact that i have somewhat of a personal connection to it, just enhanced the experience. To put it in simple terms: This show is absolute perfection in every possible aspect, and i’m so impressed by how absolutely captivating this show was, while only being 5 one-hour long episodes. That final episode, is one i will remember for a long time. This might be one of my all time favourite tv shows.
