Candyman

You know after seeing the remake when it came out I’m really surprised I never took the time to see this but I got to see a screening of it tonight and I loved it. I can see why this was such an iconic movie. So many cool shots and the narrative with Helen being framed for the candyman murders was so interesting. And Tony Todd is so great at playing a villain. Also it’s set in Chicago and any movie set in Chicago piques my interest. But bro at the screening this lady went on her phone and some other lady yelled at her to get off the phone and it was so awkward 🤣
