Troy (2004) is a visually rich, emotionally strong epic with one of the best one-on-one fight scenes in cinema. The duel between Hector and Achilles is a standout (realistic, intense, and true to spear combat).The film’s sets, score, and performances add depth, even if it takes liberties with the original myth. A gritty and memorable war film.
