> ***Feeling seen, feeling beautiful, that is powerful. And I can't imagine my life without it.*** **The Last Showgirl **was a **solid** movie that surprised me in a few ways. The **story** was **good** and kept me interested throughout, even if it never completely blew me away. I also really liked the **unique visual style**. The **colors** and **cinematography** gave the movie a **beautiful look **and fit the overall **atmosphere** perfectly. **Pamela Anderson **was great. She really **carried** the **emotional moments** and made me care about her character. **Jamie Lee Curtis **was another **huge highlight**. Her dance scene to **Total Eclipse of the Heart** was amazing and easily one of my favorite moments in the whole movie. I also liked **Dave Bautista** a lot. It was nice seeing him play a more **grounded character** instead of just another big, muscular action guy. I’d honestly like to see him in more roles like this. Overall, I really enjoyed **The Last Showgirl**. It **didn’t completely wow me**, but it had a **good story**, **great performances**, and a really **beautiful style** that made it an easy movie to **recommend**.

> ***"So kindisch es auch klingt, die Winterzeit und der Anblick von frisch gefallenem Schnee erfüllen uns immer mit unerklärlicher Freude."*** I usually don’t like **war** movies, but this one was very **different**. It’s not really about the **battlefield** itself. It’s about what happens behind it. Seeing the **young people** behind those **terrible crimes** and what they were **forced** to do, as well as what they **chose** to do, was **fascinating**. Watching how they were **trained** and **slowly shaped** by the **war** was one of the most interesting parts of the movie. The **acting** was also **very good**. It made the characters feel real and made their **fates** hit even harder. Seeing the **gruesome crimes **that were committed, both **voluntarily** and **involuntarily**, was genuinely **shocking**. Watching it all unfold visually made it even more interesting. That, mixed with **strong characters **and their **tragic fates**, made this a movie that is worth seeing.

> ***"How would you decide what parts of nature are good or bad?"*** **Spider-Man: Brand New Day** is the **best** **Tom Holland Spider-Man movie** and, in my opinion, **one of the best live-action Spider-Man movies**. Where do I even start? The **web swinging**, the **action scenes**, and the **fights** all **amazed me**. This movie was also so **sad** and filled with **heartfelt dialogue**. It explored **Peter** so much more than the previous movies and showed how much he **struggles** and how **miserable** he can become. One thing I especially **loved** was the **camera work**. I’m a huge fan of **creative** and **unique** **cinematography**, and this movie had so **many** **shots** that looked **absolutely** **amazing**. The **comic** **book** **homages** were **awesome** too, and they made me smile every time I recognized one. The **characters** were all **great**, and I especially loved the **Punisher**. He was such a **fun addition** and fit the movie really well. I also love how the **MCU’s newer movies** are capturing that **excitement** again. It finally feels like you’re excited to see what they’re going to do next. I’m really glad they seem to have **learned** from some of their **mistakes** because the last few movies have been really enjoyable. I honestly hope** Tom Holland** stays **Spider-Man** for a long time. This movie completely won me back and convinced me even more that he’s a **fantastic Spider-Man**. For me, he’s **one of the best**, and I also think he’s an **amazing actor**.

> ***"What did he say?" > "He said the train is lost." > "How can a train be lost? It's on rails."*** **Wes Anderson**, you are so **amazing**. Every time I watch one of your films, I can instantly tell that it’s yours. Also the way he tells his **stories** and his **unique style** are unlike anything else. I absolutely love it. The **saturated colors**, the **perfect symmetry**, the **camera movements**, and the attention to every little detail just scream **Wes Anderson**. Every frame feels so carefully crafted that it almost looks like a **painting**. The **dialogue** is another thing I really **enjoy**. It’s **funny** in such a **dry** and **subtle** way that had me smiling throughout the movie. It never tries too hard to be hilarious, but its slight humor and **awkward conversations** work so well with **Wes Anderson’s style**. **India** was portrayed so **beautifully** in this movie. So many films show it as dirty or ugly, but I loved how **Wes Anderson** captured its **beauty**, **colors**, and **atmosphere** instead. This movie was such an **easy watch**, and a really **enjoyable** one. Maybe it’s **not my favorite Wes Anderson film**, but I always have such a **good time** watching his movies because **his style **is just so **unique** and **recognizable.**
