The Menu
''You represent the ruin of my art and my life, and now you get to be a part of it.''
The Menu is such a well-made movie that manages to stay interesting and introduce new things throughout.
The character I enjoyed the most was Chef Julian Slowik, played by Ralph Fiennes. What I loved about him was that he wasn’t a good person. He had done terrible things and had a backstory to explain them. He was flawed, incredibly interesting, and very well acted. The same goes for the other characters, who were all flawed and had done wrong in their own ways.
Lastly, the food looked so good. It really felt like actual fine-dining food with creative ideas behind it. If I remember correctly, I watched an interview about the movie where they explained that the dishes were created by real chefs.
