Logan
Logan Noir was a visceral and sordid experience, and in my personal opinion, the best possible way to view Logan. Not to discredit the Production Designers, DP's, or editors in any way; the original theatrical cut of Logan is very beautiful and it's own experience. But Logan Noir provides it's own different and almost surreal viewing pleasure. The new level of details on characters and their expressions, as well as the contrast of Black and White in all the shots provides some truly beautiful things to look at. The lighting on a lot of the scenes were so great to look at, and I haven't ever found myself admiring a film like this before. On top of the terrific story that Mangold and Jackman manage to tell in this film, Logan Noir manages to bring it to another level with the way Black and White color grading transforms the visuals in the film. I highly recommend viewing this!
