Before Sunrise

Jesse I kind of see this all love as this, escape for two people who don't know how to be alone. People always talk about how love is this totally unselfish, giving thing, but if you think about it, there's nothing more selfish. So… probably my favourite romcom ever. Jesse and Celine’s chemistry feels so real and radiant, I couldn’t stop smiling. The premise of the movie, being the one-off date, is incredible and the exploration of two people from completely different cultures and backgrounds, different views and opinions coming together is simply fascinating. I don’t want to single out performances because both of them were terrific and Richard Linklater did an incredible job directing it. Overall I absolutely love this movie because it encapsulates how randomly and unexpectedly love can occur. P.S. Everyone told me that I was so Jesse, and before watching the movie I doubted it. Well… I guess they were right!
