「I think you and I are fundamentally different.」 「We're the same.」 i feel safe when i watch this movie, it's beautiful to see how differently the guys react to the protests and how their friendship works in those times. the very concept of friendship makes me so happy and this movie portrays it so perfectly.. one of my favorite scenes has to be the one where they make fun of the p.e. teacher who holds a cig and then throws it away, they laugh together, and their chuckles seem so real. they care and love each other so deeply. how come they make me feel so many good emotions.. i feel like i know them personally (i wish) coming-of-age (in a dystopian future??) must be one of the best genres ever created and the soundtrack of this movie still plays in my headphones almost everyday
