Dexter: Resurrection
A near perfect season of TV. This is Dexter back in his former glory. I can see this season being top 3 overall. It's THAT good. Every single storyline in this was interesting and entertaining as fuckkk. I watched new blood couple days ago and i LOVED it but it wasn't a "perfect" season because it wasn't consistently good. Here I gave out 4.5 and 5 stars to all the episodes apart from the first two. Which is really something. Plus one more thing this season did so well was it worked to flesh out all of it's side characters too, which new blood kinda ignored to do. All the characters had a compelling story, backstory, motivations etc. Which is what makes you so interested in watching it. Prater was a great sick fuck lol. Charley played by THE Uma Thurman was great. She was hot as hell and had a very good overall story. I wonder if she is going to come back next season. It will be a shame to have Uma Thurman for only one season. It was also so great to Batista as a proper character. He was a pain in the ass the whole season by I didn't blame him at all. Even though he wanted to kill Dexter i still love him. I'm still sad after what happened to him bro💔. Harrison was also really great the whole season. The father son bonding this season was beyond perfect. I loved every minute of them together. The rescue in the ending episode was the culmination of two season worth of character development and it was perfect. Apart from that all the goofy ass serial killers were fun to watch. What's even more fun was Dexter killing them one by one. It truly felt like such a step up in Dexter's world. I mean he is going after the top of the list serial killers. And seeing all of them be in awe of "The bay Harbor butcher" while he was standing in front of them was even more fun. It's crazy how we all saw the rise of the Bay Harbor butcher on that little boat in Miami. And now he is a world wide known mysterious villain lmao. How far have we come bruh😭. Dexter is legit aura farming. Experienced as fuck. Anybody doesn't stand a chance. I wonder what they will do next. Im guessing quinn will be headed to New York. I just wanna see how it all ends for THE Dexter Morgan.
Yeah man I could go on and on about how much enjoyable this season was. I finished this in less than 24 hours lmao. If i am ranking this whole Dexter universe im putting this season right there with S1,2,4,7.
