Scarface

It just never gets old. That Miami 80s vibe is captured so well. Made me want to replay GTA: Vice City immediately. The scene in the apartment at the beginning is an all-timer, and overall, the first hour is one of the best and most entertaining hours ever put on film, in my opinion. The editing and the score literally merge together here, and despite the long runtime, you're just glued to your screen. Nothing much to add here honestly, loved it even more than on my previous watches. Truly a masterpiece. Pacino really should have made a film with Scorsese during that era. It's a shame that it took until 2019 for them to work together. Thanks to j.mae for picking this movie for the 2nd Week of our Movie Club.
