Django Unchained

Tarantino finds the perfect balance between sharing his story, and sharing a message. Django Unchained is obviously filled with black empowerment, but doesn’t go overboard. I find that many films that push forward a social or political message get lost in it, and forget the importance of their story. Django unchained, however, manages to stay focused and not only spread its message, but deliver a fantastic, fun and witty narrative while doing so. Absolutely fantastic.
