Forrest Gump
Jenny Curran: “Were you scared in Vietnam?”
Forrest Gump: “Yes. Well, I-I don't know. Sometimes it would stop raining long enough for the stars to come out... and then it was nice. It was like just before the sun goes to bed down on the bayou. There was always a million sparkles on the water... like that mountain lake. It was so clear, Jenny, it looked like there were two skies one on top of the other. And then in the desert, when the sun comes up, I couldn't tell where heaven stopped and the earth began. It's so beautiful.”
Jenny Curran: “I wish I could've been there with you.”
Forrest Gump: “You were.”

Find the beauty in everything and spread any sort of positivity or inspiration you can and just live your life to the fullest like we see with Forrest he lives multiple different lifetimes in this film and he was always focused on his love for his mother and Jenny and the way the sun or sky looked at certain times in certain locations because he knew death was gonna happen and in his case he knew he would go to heaven.
also the soundtrack is perfection.
This film truly resonates with me because i have a younger brother who has down-syndrome and autism in the most severe cases and like Forrest althought he is capable of feeling sad and being angry he is absolutely untouchable he is the happiest person i know the purest person i know and the most inspiring person i know and literally my absolute best friend despite literally not being able to add or subtract, read or write, speak clearly or understand fully he just keeps on going, spreading his love and his happiness despite us all having a genuinely tough time growing up on occasion and in doing so inspires everyone and especially me to get out the door with a smile on my face put one foot in front of another and just keep on going.
This film uses Forrest Gumps difficulties and turns them into an absolute strength that tells a lifestory teaching us to not put overwhelming pressure on a becoming the richest or the most famous or just anything in life but focus on whats important what really matters like unwavering love and passion and compassion for everyone you interact with and find purpose instead in living simply and to acknowledge and appreciate that, thats ok. if you have ambitions and opportunities then by all means take them but if something doesnt always go your way keep on going, keep on living, keep on running.
