Can’t even express just how much I loved this movie from start to finish my eyes were drawn completely with 100% investment.
It’s a romance drama with some comedic elements in it and all done to utter perfection from writing, dialogue and especially the performances aswell as the chemistry between them all which is rare to see in a movie over 60 years old. A classic Cinderella story but a good one lmao with a bit of social and class commentary mixed in it.
But it was seriously endlessly entertaining easily one of my favourites by billy wilder!
Also if I ever had the chance to speak to Audrey Hepburn especially in the 50s practically reaching her prime as an actress I think I’d crumble she is so stunning it’s not even remotely ok 😂
